The Killeen LULAC Council 4535 Foundation was scheduled last Saturday to host the annual kick off for the 2008 Hispanic Heritage Month Celebration. But, the flood of Hurricane Ike evacuees rolling into the Killeen Community Center forced LULAC to change the date to Sept. 27 and the venue to the Killeen Special Events Center.
