“La Kalle, New York’s official reggaeton station, launches “The Morning Jump Off,” a new morning show airing in the 6:00a.m to 10:00a.m time slot. The youth-targeted Spanish/English-language radio station catering to New York Hispanics aims to please listeners with its’ high energy show, “The Morning Jump Off”, bringing more Reggaeton, the musical phenomenon that has everyone “perreando” around the world, and the most up-to-the-minute news on Reggaeton and Hip Hop current events.

DJ í‘eko, “The Troublemaker”, and Lisa Rodríguez, “Your Main Shorty”, will lead the audience by representing all the Reggaeton and Hip Hop lifestyle, with the inclusion of live mixes by the experienced DJ Spin One.

DJ í‘eko is a pioneer of the Reggaeton movement. In 1996, he conducted the first Reggaeton five hour music program transmitted live on the East Coast of the U.S. Nicknamed “The Troublemaker”, DJ í‘eko listeners never know what problems will materialize when he hits the airways.

Lisa Rodríguez started her career in 1992 as a Hip Hop DJ and is considered one of the most versatile DJs in the U.S. Rodríguez brings an intense knowledge of all genres, including Reggaeton, and has mastered various spectrums of the radio business, including production, programming, and on-air correspondent.
