“Clayton County school leaders want to open a new elementary school that would have English-speaking and Spanish-speaking children reading, writing and talking in each other’s languages by fifth grade.

At the proposed Unidos Dual Language Charter School, students would learn to read in their own tongue while tackling a second language.”
