“”El Vacilón de la Mañana,” the top-rated morning show on WSKQ-FM in New York, was made into the film “El Vacilón - The Movie,” which opens today at the East Hartford Showcase Cinemas, Hartford’s Crown Palace and 148 other theaters in the Northeast, Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic.

The script was written by “El Vacilón de la Mañana” host Luis Jimenez, who stars alongside co-host Ramon “Moonshadow” Broussard.”
