Headlines can be so misleading especially regarding a political hotcake like immigration

I am not a journalist but I have a feeling the headline of an article is fairly important. Anyway it is interesting to note how two different newpapers present the new Pew Hispanic study.

• At the Washington Post — Report: Illegal Immigration Has Increased
• At the San Angelo Standard-Times — Immigration peaked at turn of century, but dropped after 2001

I am sure there will be more headlines regarding the study, if I can I will post them here for comparison.
